Local heroes, nine Bay Area counties, who have contributed in large part to the LGBTQI+ community, or 
significantly through an action or item.  Cannot be a celebrity.</p>

Six Community Grand Marshals

<p>o CGM suggestion solicitation form opens

January Member Meeting 
o CGM suggestion solicitation form closes 
o Board meets and whittles list down to 10 CGMs (5 alts), 5 Orgs (3 alts), for the ballot 
o Public CGM voting opens within 1 week 
• 
March Member Meeting 
o Public CGM poll closes Monday before 
o Announce public poll results at meeting — ONE individual, ONE organization 
o Members vote on their ONE choice for individual CGM from the remaining 9 on ballot 
o Post-meeting:  Board picks max TWO for CGM, ONE Lifetime 
• 
April Member Meeting 
o Media Alert has gone out — formally announce slate of  all CGMs</p>
