To ensure that members may exercise their full ability to participate in the meeting, we've laid out some guidelines for how we can best use the tools available to us. If you have any questions or comments, please contact membership@sfpride.org.
Joining the Meeting
The AGM room will open at noon. Proceedings begin at 12:15pm.
Joining by Phone?

Checking In
Upon joining, you will be asked to identify yourself to verify voting eligibility.
Note on Quorum: We track attendance to ensure quorum. The count is visible via a special video participant:
Participation
Obtaining the Floor
To speak, use the Raise Hand button.
Voting
Only members in good standing (joined >60 days ago) may vote.
Used for process (e.g., adjournment). Often passed by unanimous consent ("Are there any objections?"). Unmute to object.
Decisions on agenda items. The facilitator will call for a vote:
"All those in favor say 'aye'... those opposed say 'no'..."
