Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Board of Directors election! The voting period has officially concluded, and we are writing to share the certified results with you.
We had a strong turnout this year, with 54 ballots cast out of 111 eligible voting members.
As a reminder, our bylaws require candidates to receive a majority of the votes cast (50% + 1) to be elected to a seat. With 54 total votes cast, candidates needed to secure a minimum of 28 votes to be elected.
We had four open seats and five incredible candidates on the ballot. We are thrilled to announce and congratulate the following three candidates who successfully reached the majority threshold and have been elected to the Board of Directors:
- Nicky Calma (36 votes)
- Orion Lam (35 votes)
- Iowayna Pena (29 votes)
Since only three candidates reached the required majority, the fourth seat will remain vacant for now.
