Use this form to nominate an eligible member in good standing to stand for election to the San Francisco Pride Board of Directors.

Only members in good standing of San Francisco Pride are eligible to submit nominations.

What Happens Next?

  1. Nomination Verification: SFLGBTPCC Election Officials will verify that you (the Nominator) and the Seconder are both members in good standing.
  2. Nominee Contacted: SFLGBTPCC will email the nominee () regarding your nomination.
  3. Acceptance & Submission: The nominee must choose to accept the nomination, sign the Board Agreement, and submit a candidate statement (max 400 words) with a headshot prior to the deadline.

Election Procedures

Member Verification

Both the Nominator and the Seconder must be active members of San Francisco Pride in good standing (fully paid dues, not suspended).

No Self-Nominations

Candidates are strictly prohibited from nominating themselves or seconding their own nominations. All nominations require distinct nominating and seconding members.

Important Dates

  • Wednesday, July 22nd: Nominations Open
  • Wednesday, August 19th: Nominations Close
  • Saturday, September 12th: AGM & Voting Period
